The 10% welcome offer
Available to new GGCLT signups only for their first booking. Existing customer accounts, prior bookings, prior enquiries and previous welcome-offer signups using the same email or mobile are not eligible. Each unique code can be redeemed once, by the person whose email and mobile match the signup. Enter it at checkout before confirming your booking.
The offer reduces the quoted transfer fare by 10%. Any card surcharge is calculated on the discounted amount. It cannot be combined with another promotion. No expiry date or minimum spend applies to this offer. Changes to the journey require a new quote and the code to be applied again. Booking and cancellation terms continue to apply.
Information we collect
The signup form collects your email and Australian mobile number, the marketing channels you choose, the consent wording and version, and the date and source of consent. We use these records to manage your preferences, check new-signup eligibility, issue a code and prevent reuse. We check existing customer, booking and enquiry records for the same contact details.
Marketing is your choice
Email and SMS consent are separate and are not selected in advance. Choose at least one channel to join the welcome offer. You may decline the offer and still get a quote or make a booking. Essential messages about an existing booking are separate from marketing.
Your code is displayed after signup. Save it and the preferences link shown with it. You can withdraw marketing consent through that link, through the unsubscribe option in a marketing message, or by contacting GGCLT. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate an unused welcome code. If replying STOP by SMS, your reply goes directly to GGCLT for processing.
Storage and access
Signup and consent records are stored in GGCLT’s Netlify-hosted booking system. GGCLT uses service providers to host the website and deliver booking and communication services. Contact details are not published. Code-use and consent records are retained to administer the offer and respect your choices; contact us to request access or correction.
