Greater Gold Coast Luxury Transfers (GGCLT) was founded and is operated by Jamie Woods. His approach to private travel draws on over 30 years of experience across ambulance services, operational leadership and major events, including service with Queensland Ambulance Service and Ambulance Victoria.
That background informs a calm, organised approach: planning ahead, communicating clearly and respecting each passenger’s privacy and time.
Experience where details matter
Jamie’s previous responsibilities included sector supervisor at the G20 in Brisbane and Ambulance Commander for V8 Supercars events. He also undertook medical and safety supervision for events featuring Phil Collins, Bon Jovi, Eminem and Kylie Minogue, and for A Day on the Green.
During his major event work, Jamie was personally requested by TEG Dainty for lead safety and paramedic responsibilities. These roles form part of his professional history; they do not imply endorsement of GGCLT by the artists, event organisers or ambulance services mentioned.
Formally recognised service
Jamie’s service has been formally recognised through the Australian honours system with a Commendation for Brave Conduct and long-service honours.
