Build your trip around your sport

The Pan Pacific Masters Games take place on the Gold Coast from 6 to 15 November 2026. Individual sports have their own competition schedules, so use your confirmed sport information when choosing arrival and departure flights. Avoid assuming that every competition runs for the full Games period. Leave room for registration requirements, preparation and a comfortable night before your first event.

Pack the transfer as carefully as the suitcase

Travelling with golf clubs, a large kit bag or other sporting equipment changes the space you need. List these items when requesting a GGCLT airport transfer, together with the full passenger count and ordinary luggage. Equipment dimensions are useful for unusual items. Confirm vehicle suitability before booking, particularly if fellow competitors are sharing the journey from Brisbane or Gold Coast Airport.

Keep the hotel and venue journeys clear

Record your hotel's street address and the exact competition venue rather than relying on a suburb alone. Different sports are hosted across the city, and an airport transfer does not automatically cover the daily competition journey. If you need additional trips, provide your session times and discuss availability in advance. Check the Games organiser's latest venue and accreditation instructions before setting off.
