Plan around your team's timetable
AASCF Nationals runs from 26 to 30 November 2026 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in Broadbeach. Your team may compete on only part of that program, so confirm the relevant timetable with your club before choosing flights. Allow room for check-in, preparation and any team requirements. Use the official Nationals information for competition updates rather than relying on an older event schedule.
Count costumes and cases as well as people
Competition travel can involve costume bags and other equipment in addition to normal luggage. Include every item when asking GGCLT for an airport transfer quote, together with the full passenger count and any child-seat requirements. Large groups may need a different arrangement from a single household. Confirm the suitable vehicle and itinerary in advance, especially if travellers arrive on separate flights.
Use precise hotel and venue details
Share your hotel's full address and reception entrance, then keep the venue trip separate in your itinerary. Performance call times can be earlier than a spectator's intended arrival, so use the time your team actually needs to be there. Agree a convenient collection point and discuss the return trip ahead of time. Leave time after competition for packing, hotel collection and airline check-in before departure.
